Competition is no longer a buzzword used by business manager around the world, but it has become an extended nightmare that would not go away. Recent global financial disorder brings disruption and uncertainty to the markets. This couple with fluctuating commodities prices affect supply chain management of every manufactures, forcing them to rethink and focus on improvements in all aspects of management.

We, at ADR Group, prefers to take a precautionary position in the view that it‟s going to get tougher, as new players are springing out from all corners of the world. The automotive, truck and other vehicular industries are experiencing consolidation and many competitors, now become partners, so has the part industries, in its trickle-down effect. The effects are yet unknown as seeking efficiencies on long-term basis using short term corporate restructuring have yet to provide both academic and business world, any positive and significant correlation.

Finding solutions through our products and services through improvements in efficiencies while proactively working with our customers and suppliers to give the best value, on a global basis, is the alternative we are seeking. This involves investing in Human resources, technology, latest manufacturing processes, software, communication and others which would bring enormous tangible and intangible values to ADR Group, at the same, bringing the customer close. On the physical infrastructure we have again invested in a bigger stamping shop, new assembly plant and expanding the export warehouse with Wi-Fi connectivity, among others.

We at ADR Group would continue to work hard and explores opportunities in order to create added value so that we can stand by our motto “To Give the Customer a Better Choice”.
