Year 1973
CV Auto Diesel Radiators Co. was first established to manufacture automotive
radiators and gradually diversified into comprehensive automotive component industry. Today our group is more recognized as
ADR Group.
Year 1976
PT Selamat Sempurna was incorporated to manufacture automotive filters, and
in 1980 became a member of ADR Group. Currently the company is known as one of the largest automotive filters and radiators manufacturer in the region. The company also fabricates brake/fuel pipes,
fuel tanks, exhaust system, press parts, heating, ventilation air conditioning, etc.

1976
PT Andhi Chandra Automotive Products was established in 1976, and later
in 1987 joined with ADR
Group. It produces a wide range of automotive filters for OEM/OES and aftermarkets.
Year 1976
PT Mangatur Dharma was incorporated in 1976 and became part of ADR Group
in 1988. The company is a local trading house and agent for Donaldson products
to supply major industries and state companies such as, oil companies, power
plants among others.
Year 1982
PT Hydraxle Perkasa was incorporated in 1982 to fabricate hydraulic dump hoists, trailer
axles, semi trailers, dump bodies and other special transportation equipments.
Year 1983
PT Panata Jaya Mandiri was established to produce heavy duty filters and
filtration systems under the Donaldson brand.
Year 1990
PT Selamat Sempana Perkasa was established to produce rubber compound and
other rubber components for automotive industry.
Year 1992
PT Hidupkarya Tunggalcipta was established, and its main products are
engine gaskets, Polyuretherane, Plastisol Adhesives and filters.
Year 1993
Wisma ADR was completed and occupied as head office.
Year 1994
PT Prapat Tunggal Cipta was formed as a local distributor of ADR products in Indonesia.
Year 1996
PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk. gained entry to the Jakarta Stock Exchange and
became a public listed company.
Year 2000
PT Andhi Chandra Automotive Products Tbk. was officially listed in the
Jakarta Stock Exchange.
Year 2000
ADRTC (ADR Training Center) was initially established in cooperation with
ATMI (Academic of Technique Machine and Industry) Solo
Year 2001
PT Prapat Tunggal Cipta opens its
new distribution center.
Year 2001
PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk. opens its new filter production center in Tangerang, Banten.
Year 2004
ADR Group of Companies expanded to the new Central Warehouse
with a total of 10,000 square meters (10,000m2) area in Tangerang, Banten.
YEAR 2006
ADR Group of Companies expanded to the new Central Warehouse
with a total of 20,000 square meters (20,000m2) area in Tangerang, Banten.
YEAR 2007
PT Andhi Chandra Automotive Products MERGER TO PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk.
